Doc replied to my email the same evening I contacted him and came out promptly the next morning to see about my shower leak dramas. He suggested a logical line of action that would be less costly and less invasive than I first thought. He gave me the number of a tradesman who reseals tiles and didn’t charge me for the call out. His manner was friendly and professional and I’ll be using him as my plumber from now on. If you live around Buderim, I highly recommend you call Doc if you need a plumber.

Doc and the team at Connected Plumbgas have undertaken works at our home and business premises. They have always gone out of their way to attend quickly – which is normally what we need with something having gone wrong! Not only is Doc, the owner, a bit of a character and avid rugby supporter he is a good tradesman too, he knows how to do the job right the first time. He's not called the Doctor of Plumbing for nothing. He was scheduled to replace a toilet at our place in Gympie on Wednesday this week, but when I told him our second toilet was under the house and could only be accessed by negotiating external stairs down there - and that my wife was unwell at present - he adjusted for us and was at our place exactly when he said he'd be there on Monday afternoon! And his workmanship matched his compassion. He was in and away in no time, leaving us with a perfectly functioning new toilet suite, while he also took the old one away for disposal. He does his trade proud.
